This policy explains how AXDIX Boosla collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the platform.
Who controls your data

The data we collect
We collect only what's necessary to run the service: your full name, phone number, email if you add one, city and town, and chosen interests. We explicitly do not collect your national ID number or a detailed street address (street name or building number) under any circumstance, and never request either at any point while using the platform.
Automatic agreement at account creation
The moment you create your AXDIX Boosla account, you automatically and fully agree to receive marketing offers and raffle invitations through every contact channel you provide or add yourself, based on your chosen interests. This agreement is a single, indivisible operational condition of activating your account and using the service — not a separate choice you can adjust per channel or offer type. We keep exactly one record proving this agreement (the date and time your account was created), and the only way to withdraw it is to permanently delete your account from Settings, which immediately stops all offers through every channel.
Cookies and analytics
The platform currently uses only essential cookies, to keep your login session secure, and does not currently use any external analytics or marketing-tracking tools. If we add performance-measurement tools in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy before activating them to disclose that transparently.
Your data is never shared
Your name, WhatsApp number, and email never reach any advertiser company, under any circumstance. AXDIX Boosla alone sends messages on behalf of advertisers, and never shares your identifying data with any third party beyond what operational or legal necessity requires (such as technical delivery providers who act purely as a technical intermediary without access to your identity, or where required by a binding court or regulatory order).
How we secure your data
Your sensitive identifying data (phone number and email) is stored encrypted using modern encryption standards, and no staff member can view it in plain form without a specific, logged, operational reason and authorization.
Data retention and account deletion
When you delete your account, your identifying data is removed immediately from the systems used in day-to-day operation of the service. For full details on what's retained after deletion and why, see the Account Deletion Policy published on the platform.
Your rights
You can review your interests and offer history and edit your interests from your account at any time. Receiving offers through your contact channels is an operational condition of an active account as described above, and you can fully exercise your right to stop receiving them by permanently deleting your account at any time.
Children's privacy
The service is aimed exclusively at those 18 or older, and does not knowingly target minors in any way. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under this age, we will delete it immediately.
