By using AXDIX Boosla, you agree to the following terms in full.
Definitions
"AXDIX Boosla", "the Platform", or "we": the AXDIX Boosla interest-based marketing platform and its operator. "User" or "you": any natural person who creates an account on the Platform as a customer. "Company" or "advertiser": any business entity that creates an account to send marketing offers through the Platform. "Service": the full set of functions the Platform provides to connect users with offers based on their interests.
Nature of the service and AXDIX Boosla's role
AXDIX Boosla is a technical intermediary platform that facilitates communication between advertiser companies and users who automatically agreed to receive offers when they created their accounts. AXDIX Boosla is not a party to any transaction, offer, or raffle between a user and an advertiser company, and bears no contractual obligation toward the fulfillment, quality, accuracy, or availability of what advertiser companies offer.
Eligibility
Registration is open to those 18 or older, using accurate information that belongs to you. The service is aimed exclusively at residents within Palestine, and user data is never used to target any audience outside it.
Automatic agreement at account creation
Creating an AXDIX Boosla account constitutes, in itself, full agreement and a fundamental condition of using the service to receive marketing offers and raffle invitations through every contact channel you provide or add, based on your interests. An account cannot be activated and the service cannot be used without this agreement, and it is a single, indivisible condition rather than something set per channel — the only way to withdraw it is deleting your account entirely, available to you at any time from your account settings with no restrictions.
Offers & raffles
Offers and raffles are provided exclusively by independent advertiser companies through AXDIX Boosla, and are governed by each company's own terms, set independently of AXDIX Boosla. AXDIX Boosla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any offer, and bears no responsibility for an advertiser company's failure to fulfill its offer or deliver a raffle prize. Any dispute over the fulfillment of an offer or a prize is strictly between the user and the advertiser company, with no third party involved.
Acceptable use
You agree not to impersonate any other person or provide inaccurate information, not to create fake or multiple accounts to circumvent targeting mechanisms, not to attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or data, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. AXDIX Boosla reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this immediately and without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform, including its trade name, logo, design, content, and software, are owned exclusively by AXDIX Boosla or licensed to it, and may not be copied, reused, modified, or distributed without its prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or being error-free. AXDIX Boosla does not guarantee the continued availability of the service through any specific contact channel (such as WhatsApp or email) should it become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
Your account and its termination
You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings under the Account Deletion Policy published on the Platform, which immediately stops all offers through every channel. AXDIX Boosla reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if it suspects misuse or a violation of these terms or applicable law, with no liability to the user for doing so.
Limitation of liability
AXDIX Boosla acts as a technical intermediary between you and advertisers, and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of the offers or raffles themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AXDIX Boosla bears no liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, and its total liability to any user — if any — never exceeds the amount that user paid to use the service, which is zero given the service is entirely free to users.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AXDIX Boosla harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of any third party's rights.
Force majeure
AXDIX Boosla bears no liability for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications outages, disruption of external communication platforms (such as WhatsApp) due to their own provider policies, or any emergency or force majeure event in the general legal sense.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Palestine. The competent Palestinian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to use of the service, and both parties commit to attempting an amicable resolution of any disagreement before resorting to litigation.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or void, all remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Account Deletion Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AXDIX Boosla regarding use of the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes.
